If you no-show, cancel, or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice you will forfeit your full payment and will not receive a refund. However, if you give proper notice your full payment will be converted to an account credit for future use.
Our clinic is very busy and we reserve time specifically for you! Not giving proper notice causes us to not be able to serve someone else.

Ketamine IV infusions are an off-label treatment to assist in healing symptoms of Depression, PTSD, Trauma, and Anxiety
- Consult with Nurse Practitioner and approval from NP required to proceed with booking treatments for a later date
- Consults are 30 minutes and require a $50 non-refundable deposit which can be used towards any services at VIVA after attending the consult
