Note that by booking online you understand we do not offer refunds and that you are agreeing to our 48-hour cancellation / rescheduling policy. Our clinic is very busy and we reserve time specifically for you! Not giving proper notice that you cannot make an appointment means we are not able to serve someone else.
With that said, please note that:

We will collect FULL PAYMENT for late cancels or no shows: if you cancel / reschedule with less than 48 hours notice you will be charged and will NOT receive a refund, however, if you give proper notice there will be no charge.

Are you new to our clinic and looking to get started?! Here is some information on how to book your first appointment:
- Weight Loss and Functional programs REQUIRE a consult to start
- Colonics and Post Surgical Lymphatic Drainage REQUIRE Intro appointments to start
- All other services can be booked without a consult or intro service. SCROLL DOWN to each section for ALL services
Weight Loss
- Weight Loss programs involve prescriptive medications. For non-medication options please consider Functional Nutrition
- Labs are not required for consults, however, all weight loss programs require labs to start: (1) CBC (2) CMP (3) Lipid panel (4) TSH
- Returning appointments cannot be booked online. To secure the appointment time please call or text: 262-777-VIVA (8482)
Lymphatic Drainage
- Consults are NOT required but if you have questions you can meet with our RN for 30 minutes for just $50!
- VIVA offers 4 types of Lymphatic Drainage: 1) Detox by Rebecca Brazilian 2) Post Surgical 3) Manual 4) Vacuum / RF (Machine)
- Post Surgical clients are REQUIRED to start with an Intro appointment
Colonics
- Clients with C-Diff are not eligible for colonics
- Intro appointments are required for all new clients.
- Intake forms must be filled out before your appt so our colon hydrotherapist can understand issues you may be experiencing.

Functional Medicine
Schedule a consult with our Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner Annette! Her focus is on customized root cause dermatological and digestive healing options.
The consult fee is just $99 and is bookable online. You can also call or text 262-777-VIVA (8482) to book.

Body Contouring
Consults are NOT required but if you have questions you can meet with our Cavitation Tech for 30 minutes for just $50! Consults are bookable online!

Sauna
Relax in our infrared Sauna with Chromotherapy! Appointments can be booked online; full pre-payment is required. First time users get a discounted $25 rate! (Please call to book or just purchase online and we'll apply a refund)
